Me In The 2010 Aussies

I put this page together basically to consolidate my progress in a myriad of different running regimes over the course of this journey. I write posts about these training efforts as I go too, in the blog proper, but it is a little hard to track these. So here is the consolidated report card – I hope you can decipher it

10 Km Run

This is my annual time for the 10km Run, held at the Gold Coast Marathon weekend in July. If I ran a longer race, I\'ve taken my time at the 10km mark regardless

2011 60.48 Caught at the back of the pack. Sub 5 minute final km

Running Training - Gold Coast Hwy Loop Appx 8.5km

This run is approximately 8.5kms. It winds up the Tallebudgera Creek to the beach. Then it follows the Gold Coast Hwy over a mild hill at Koala Park. From there through Burleigh Heads shopping centre and homeward bound up West Burleigh Rd. The run finishes with a reasonable climb up a hill on Tallebudgera Creek Rd.
